📦 Shipping Days & Processing
Orders ship Monday and Tuesday
Orders placed after Monday at 1pm will ship the following week
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing
This schedule helps avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.
❄️ Perishable Shipping Standards
All meat, dairy, and temperature-sensitive products are:
Shipped frozen or properly chilled
Packed in insulated boxes
Shipped with dry ice or cold packs
Products may arrive:
Frozen solid
Partially thawed but still cold (this is safe)
If your order arrives warm or compromised, contact us immediately.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
Order weight
Destination
Shipping speed
We aim to keep shipping as fair and transparent as possible — no hidden markups.
📦 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Red Beard Ranch is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses
Carrier delays due to address errors
Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
🔥 Weather & Transit Delays
We monitor weather and shipping conditions carefully.
In extreme heat or unexpected delays, we may:
Adjust shipping dates
Upgrade shipping methods when necessary
Our goal is always to protect the integrity of your food.

Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos if there are any issues, and we’ll take care of you.
Delivery
📍 Local Delivery & Pickup (Florida)
For our Florida customers:
Local delivery may be available in select areas
Farm pickup may be arranged by request
Mobile Farm Store options available in Broward County
⚠️ Delivery Responsibility
Once your package is marked delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
Bring the package inside promptly
Refrigerate or freeze items immediately
We are not responsible for packages left outdoors or delayed after delivery.
Refund
📦 Perishable Products (Meat, Dairy, Eggs, Butter)
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if your order arrives:
Warm or unsafe
Damaged in transit
Incorrect (missing or wrong items)
To qualify:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will:
Issue a refund, or
Send a replacement, depending on availability
❄️ Important Note on Temperature
It’s normal for products to arrive:
Partially thawed
Cold but not frozen solid
If the product is still cold to the touch (40°F or below), it is safe and not eligible for refund.
🚚 Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot offer refunds for:
Packages left outside too long
Theft after delivery
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
📦 Non-Perishable Items (Spices, Tallow, Pantry Goods)
We accept refunds or replacements if items arrive:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
To qualify:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos if applicable
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Normal variation in color, size, or fat content (this is natural ranch-raised product)
Taste preferences or personal dislike
Improper storage after delivery
Minor packaging wear that does not affect product quality
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
After processing or shipment, orders cannot be canceled

Boxes ship once per month

You will receive tracking once your order ships

Skip a month when needed
Important Deadline:
Changes must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date

Skipping a shipment
Changing box size
Updating address
Canceling your subscription

Cut selection
Weight distribution
Fat content and marbling
We guarantee overall value and quality, not identical boxes.

All boxes are:
Packed cold with insulation and ice
Shipped for safe delivery
Once marked delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
Retrieve the package promptly
Refrigerate or freeze immediately
🚫 Refund Policy (Subscription Orders)
All Ranch Reserve boxes are considered perishable and final sale.
However, we will make it right if your order arrives:
Unsafe
Damaged
Incorrect
To qualify:
